Part 1 · The website
Custom websites,
from $5,000
I build your site around how your business runs: the questions you ask on a quote call, the way you book, the system you keep customers in. No templates. Every project is quoted by what your business needs, in writing, before work starts.
What’s included
A fast, secure site
Most sites are built as static sites, so there’s less to slow down or break. You can edit your own content, though most changes are better handled with your monthly dev time. If you need a store or memberships, I build on WordPress.
Copy written in your customers’ language
Not industry jargon.
A site designed and built from scratch
Shaped by what we learn in discovery.
Booking, intake and CRM connections
So routine admin happens without you.
Testing and a launch walkthrough
So you know how everything works.
Every website includes a management plan, starting at $150 a month. Here’s why.

Someone stays
responsible for
your site
A website isn’t finished at launch. Software needs updates, security needs watching, and things break. When nobody owns that, the site slowly falls apart, and that’s usually where the “my developer disappeared” story starts.
Every site I build launches on a plan, so there’s always someone responsible for it.

Who this is for
Is this a fit?
This is for you if
This isn’t for you if
- You need leads next week. That’s a job for paid ads, and I’ll say so.
- You want a template site at template pricing, or a quick, cheap build.
- You want to host and maintain the site yourself from day one. Every site I build launches on a management plan.
- You’re still deciding whether you need a website at all.
FAQ
Common questions
Why is a management plan required?
Because a site nobody maintains gets slower, less secure and eventually breaks. The plan means someone is always responsible for it, and it’s how I make sure I don’t disappear after launch.
I already have a website. Where do I start?
If you know it needs replacing, book a discovery call. If you mainly want more traffic from search, start with the SEO audit. It will tell you whether your current site can get there.
Do I own my website?
Yes, completely. The design, the layout, the code and everything you’ve put into it are yours from launch day, and they stay yours whether or not you’re still working with me. The management plan is a service on top of a site you already own.
How long does a website take to build?
About two weeks for a small site, and four to six weeks for a typical build. Most of the timing depends on how quickly you can get me content and feedback. You’ll have a real timeline before you sign anything.
How do I pay for a website?
The standard schedule is 50% upfront and 50% at launch. If you pay in full upfront, you get 5% off.
What if I want to leave the management plan later?
You can, after the first year, with 30 days’ notice. The site is yours, and during those 30 days I’ll move it to your hosting and switch over the licensing. If it’s built on WordPress, you’ll need your own hosting and plugin licenses, since it runs on mine. If it’s a static site, you’ll only need hosting.
What happens to dev hours I don’t use?
They roll over to the next month, up to one month’s worth. Rolled-over hours need to be used that next month, or they expire.
